Please note that this
Special Cargo Handling (self-study) Diploma (DIPL-45) has now been phased out and replaced by the
Special Cargo Handling Diploma (DIPL-42).
- If you have already started this Special Cargo Handling (self-study) diploma (DIPL-45), you may continue working toward completion. You have until 1 June 2028 to complete your diploma. We remain committed to supporting those who have already begun this path.

If you
have not yet started the Special Cargo Handling (Self-Study) Diploma (DIPL-45), please enrol in the updated
Special Cargo Handling Diploma (DIPL-42) instead.
