​IGA Academy

The IGA Academy is located on the Departure Floor of the Istanbul Grand Airport Terminal,  inside YOTEL, in Meeting Rooms 3, 4, and 5. YOTEL is located close to Entrance Door 7. Please arrive at least 15 minutes before the course start time.

Security Information  
If your course includes field visits, a temporary apron security pass will be issued, for which your Passport will be required.

• IGA Support provides a shuttle service between the airport and the recommended hotels listed below.
• Participants coming from more distant districts can request a free HAVAIST airport shuttle ticket.
• The airport is also accessible via the M11 Metro Line (Kağıthane – Istanbul Airport).

​Hotels

There are four suggested hotels located at the airport or in the area:

• YOTEL Istanbul Airport is located inside the airport terminal and is best for short layovers and fast access.
• Park Inn by Radisson Istanbul Airport Odayeri is about 15 minutes from the terminal and is located in peaceful forest surroundings.
• Continental Airport Hotel is around 10 minutes away by car and is a comfortable, budget-friendly option close to the airport.
• Hampton by Hilton Istanbul Arnavutköy is about a 10–15 minute drive and is a modern hotel with an airport shuttle available (check with the hotel).
