TWO (2) competent and qualified employees are required who have successfully completed a recognized course on air ticketing. A recognized course includes: • Course provided by an IATA member Airline in air ticketing. • Course provided by a GDS in air ticketing. • Course provided by IATA in air ticketing. Certificates must be accompanied by digital verification or approval letter from the training organization, issued no more than six months before the date of submission.
