Applicant must be in the airline trading business for not less than one year prior to application of becoming an IATA accredited agent. Applicant must also have a minimum paid up capital of LKR 500,000. If business entity: Company • Notarized Certificate of Incorporation • Form 6 & 15 showing the current Shareholder(s) details and shareholding percentage OR CA (Certified Auditor) letter confirming the shareholding details & percentages • Valid Passport or legal Photo ID Card of each shareholders If business entity: Partnership • Certificate of Business Registration of a firm • Deed of Partnership Agreement • Valid Passport or legal Photo ID Card of each partners • Signed Application Summary Form with signatory of all the partners If business entity: Sole Proprietor • Certificate of Individual Business Registration • Valid Passport or legal Photo ID Card of sole proprietor |
