If business entity: Company • Official Certificate of Company Registration - must be issued within 36 months or a notarized copy is required • Article & Memorandum of Association • Form A – Annual return of company’s having share capital • Form 29 – Particulars of directors and officers, including the chief executive, managing agent, secretary, chief accountant, auditors etc • Form 3, Form 3A, Form 7, Form 21, Form 26, Form 27 (if applicable) • Valid Passport or National ID Card (CNIC) of each shareholder If business entity: Partnership • Registered Deed of Partnership with Registrar of Firm - - must be issued within 36 months or a notarized copy is required • Valid Passport copies or National ID Card (CNIC) of each partner • Signed Application Summary Form with signatory of all the partners If business entity: Sole Proprietor • Valid Passport or National ID Card (CNIC) of sole proprietor |
