Requirement Text Please note that the Agent's Direct Debit Account Name (if you have) and Beneficiary Account Name (if you have) should match with the Legal Name mentioned in the PSAA/CAA Agreement. 

If the agent’s Legal Name has changed, please complete this DD form and send to us by raising change of Bank account case following the steps below.
1- Log into the customer portal
2- Under "Available Services",  click on "IATA Accreditation & Changes"
3- Select “Change of Bank Account Details” under “Agency Changes” section and follow the instructions given to you online.
