Please note that the Agent's Direct Debit Account Name (if you have) and Beneficiary Account Name (if you have) should match with the Legal Name mentioned in the PSAA/CAA Agreement. If the agent’s Legal Name has changed, please complete this DD form and send to us by raising change of Bank account case following the steps below. 1- Log into the customer portal 2- Under "Available Services", click on "IATA Accreditation & Changes" 3- Select “Change of Bank Account Details” under “Agency Changes” section and follow the instructions given to you online. |
