Those banking details are to be used for any transfers requested from our side (based on IATA’s records) effective from date. You only need to provide this form to IATA in case you have never provided such bank account information to IATA or you want to change your bank account record in IATA. IATA can only record one bank account for one agent, so the new bank account information you provide will automatically override the previously provided bank account information recorded in IATA. Please note that the Agent's Direct Debit Account Name (if you have) and Beneficiary Account Name (if you have) should match with the Legal Name mentioned in the PSAA/CAA Agreement. If the agent’s Legal Name has changed, please ensure to raise change of Bank account case following the steps below: 1- Log into the customer portal 2- Under "Available Services", click on "IATA Accreditation & Changes" 3- Select “Change of Bank Account Details” under “Agency Changes” section and follow the instructions given to you online. |
