Please note below checklist is the minimum requirement for GoEurozone Accreditation, number of additional documents may be required depending on location of entities involved and how your company is publishing financial documents.

You can only have one global Head Entity under the hierarchy of GoEurozone.

Letter dated and signed by the CEO/Corporate Secretary stating the ownership of the company/group

Letter dated and signed by the CEO/Corporate Secretary stating the Shareholding structure of the company/group

All future locations owned by more than 50% by your Head Entity need to be included in the GoEurozone hierarchy For ownership at 50% or below, it is your decision if you would like include such entities under GoEurozone Accreditation or not

To confirm Financial Year End and the Financial Contact

The currency for the RHC (Remittance Holding Capacity) at group level must be EUR

PCI DSS status of the Head Entities and Associate Entities added to the GoEurozone Hierarchy need to be with an updated validity date

Please note that the above requirements are specific to the GoEurozone Accreditation model and that additional requirements and documentation will be requested depending on the country of the application.
