The 44th Passenger Agency Conference (PAConf/44) will take place as an in-person event at the IATA office in Geneva, Switzerland on 11-13 May 2022. There was no PAConf in 2020 and last year’s edition was held as a virtual event.
While the PAConf takes action on matters (excluding remuneration levels) relating to the relationships between airlines and recognized passenger sales agents and other intermediaries, the main focus of this year’s PAConf will be to look into the evolution of the distribution landscape in the context of the Passenger Agency Programme.
