CASS Associates Agreement – Veuillez Imprimer 2 exemplaires originaux du contrat et les compléter. Chaque page doit contenir les initiales du représentant légal ou le propriétaire majoritaire et la dernière page devrait être signée par un témoin également. Important! Les deux copies du contrat doivent être complétés et estampillés par la compagnie aérienne membre de l'IATA sponsorisant votre société. Veuillez envoyer les deux copies du contrat l’original à l'adresse suivante :
