Latest certified and audited financial statements (Age of account should not be more than nine (9) months old at the time of submission). The Financial Statement must include following: • Auditor/Director's report • Balance Sheet • Profit & Loss Account • Schedules • Paid up capital must not be less than HK$ 1,000,000 |
