Requirement Text	Please follow following steps to set up the Direct Debit Authorization instruction with IATA: Step 1: Complete Direct Debit Authorization form_HK CASS in BLOCK LETTERS and submit a scanned copy with Direct Debit configuration request to IATA online: Log into the Customer Portal Under "Services", go to “IATA Accreditation & Changes" service which is available in “My Services ". Select “Change of Bank Account Details” under “Agency Changes” section and follow the instructions given to you online. Step 2: Return the original signed form to IATA Hong Kong Local Office by below address: IATA Hong Kong Local Office Tel. +852 25289321 Unit 1505, 15/F Dah Sing Financial Centre, 248 Queen's Road East, Wan Chai, Hong Kong SAR China Once IATA receive confirmation from the bank, IATA will get back to you and confirm the effective date.
