Financial Statement: The Applicant must submit the most recent Annual Financial Statements in accordance with the requirements of the South African Companies Act.
If the Applicant is in business for less than 12 months, then he must submit reviewed management accounts. These documents must not be older than six months at the time of submission to IATA. The applicant shall also submit an updated supporting document of the most recent Age Analysis of Account Receivable and Payable together with the application.
There should be a recent satisfactory banker’s report. Codes A, B and C are satisfactory. Code D is satisfactory for a moderate credit limit request.
