Investing in the Future of Air Cargo with IATA's FACE Program
The IATA Future Air Cargo Executives (FACE) program is dedicated to cultivating the next generation of leaders in the air cargo industry, recognizing the urgent need to invest in people, promote diversity, and engage young talent.
FACE aims to attract, retain, and develop bright individuals. If you’re a young professional looking to pursue a career in air cargo, take advantage of what the FACE program has to offer:
- Networking and Leadership: The annual Future Air Cargo Executive Summit (FACES) offers a platform for young professionals to interact with industry leaders, build strong networks, and enhance their leadership skills
- Insights and Influence: FACE provides a voice for young professionals, contributing to thought leadership that offer insights on attracting and retaining young talent in the air cargo industry
- Skills Development: FACE organizes webinars, skills workshops, virtual/onsite facility visits, and networking events
In this year's Summit, taking place on 14 April ahead of the IATA World Cargo Symposium (WCS), participants will have the opportunity to do some career pathway exploration, helping them determine a path that aligns with their interests, skills, values; engage in a panel discussion with industry leaders who will share successful talent management strategies; and take part in a workshop on personal branding which will teach them how to communicate their unique value, build a strong professional presence, and how to stand out in the industry.
Stay tuned for an exciting new program announcement at the upcoming IATA WCS in Dubai on 15-17 April, designed to elevate FACE to new heights and expand its reach within the industry!
