The Schedule Data Exchange Program Forum will take place in Vancouver on 16th June 2025, right before the 156th IATA Slot Conference. This event presents a unique opportunity for schedule and network professionals to engage with the latest developments in the industry-owned and controlled Schedule Data Exchange Program.

At this one-day forum, attendees will have the chance to:

  • Learn about the progress of the Schedule Data Exchange Program and discover what participating airlines will gain when the program goes live.
  • Gain insights from airlines and industry professionals on tackling common challenges faced by network and scheduling teams.
  • Hear firsthand experiences from airlines and system providers as they share their journey through the onboarding process.
  • Network with fellow professionals and industry partners, strengthening connections and fostering collaborations that will drive future success.

The forum is free of charge, and lunch and refreshments will be provided throughout the day. By attending, participants will position themselves at the forefront of industry progress, equipped with the knowledge and connections needed to navigate the evolving landscape of scheduling and capacity management.
